Getting ready for Summer

SSH, IW, Sharon Towers

Circle up for various Kettlebell workout sets, continued until I got bored.

Grouped into teams of 3.  Partner 1 lunges to cones for partner durkins, lunges back. Others do a kettlebell or core exercise. Next man up. 2 sets.

Mosey to picnic tables for durkins, dips, situps, squats, 2 sets.  Mosey back.

KBekk swing ladder: 15 swings/ merkin, 14 swings/2 merkins, etc…
