Killa at Atilla

Leg and Lung day at Atilla today – 23 answered the bell and were better for it.

Pretty nice weather and a little breeze so we stayed out in the open.

Here’s what we did:

Warmup:  SSH, IW, Sharon Towers, MC, L/R Hip/Hammy stretch, flutters

Mosey to the covered spot between the 2 big outside staircases on the building next door.  I forget what it’s called.

Stair Blimps:  hit stairs#1 to the top and back – 5 burpees, hit stairs#2 to the top and back, 5 burpees, 10 lunges,……….6 total stair climbs, last round included all 6 blimp exercises ending with 30 squats.  Carrier crushed this and even with an extra stair climb finished ahead of almost everybody else.  Great work.  There was not a lot of complaining about this, probably because Nibbler wasn’t there, I might call this again someday.

Mosey to the top of the parking deck of the same building for 4 rounds of partner people’s chair, lunge combo

Marython – declining ladder of 10 situps between 10 counts of 10 different ab exercises.  #crowdpleaser

Sprints – I think we did 5-6 across the long way of the deck – Lots of frontrunners:  Carrier, Tilted Kilt, 88, and Pigskin, who at 66 still has some quick wheels – I’m forgetting 1-2 here who were consistently pushing it on the sprints.
