25 at ALS on a steamy morning. Here’s what we did:
Skoal Bandit H1 lead
Warmup: 5 burpees, SSH, 5 burpees, Sharon Towers, 5 burpees, Squats, 5 Burpees, a few more warmup exercises with 5 burpees between each round.
Mosey to the bottom of the driveway up to the AG basketball court and partner up.
Partner 1 – run to the end of the drive at Colony and return
Partner 2 – LBC’s
Repeat with backwards run and Karaoke
Plank for the six
Lunge walk to the first light pole towards Colony, 5 Merican’s. Repeat at each light until the end of the driveway. Plank for the six.
Mosey back to the bottom of the AG driveway. Grapevine takes over.
Each partner grab one coupon from the NEW logo coupon pile over near where the old brick/pvc pipe pile was a few years back. Mosey to the basketball court.
Partner 1 – up and down the stairs
Partner 2 – exercise
Each team to execute 100 reps of the called exercise, alternating stair climbs and exercising. Curls, Tricep Extension, Dolly Press, Wood Choppers, Squat Press, Jacknife, maybe one more.
Return coupons and mosey back to the COT.
