No warm-up, no Mary, no problem

It’s disconcerting when your regular parking spot is being occupied by a newly placed dumpster.  Tesla’s spot was taken too but he seemed to be handling it well.  So I figured I could do the same.  Needed to be on my game as 20 pax all yelled in unison: “it’s 5:30, we’re ready, let’s go.”

Over to the best grass in F3 land.  Start with some grinding core work: plank-o-rama with 8 variations breaking along the way for 3 sets of SSH and 3 sets of 5 burpees.

Mosey to benches at Will call.  20 dips, 20 step ups, run down greenway toward Pearl St.  Up step to upper greenway.  20 dieing cockroach.  Run back to will call.  RxR two more times at your best pace.

Next set: 10 reverse incline rows, 20 one-leg LaLanne’s, down greenway, up steps for 10 knee ups.  3 rounds.

Last set: 10 derkins, 20 reverse upside down elevated Peter Parker, down greenway, up steps, 10 rosalita.  2-3 rounds for all till times up.
