Moleskine

  • YHC decided to pull out a format used long ago at one of my first Combine Q’s except today we were not running in between sets. A pyramid of 4 is probably enough, but we rolled with 5 which took a while to complete and hurt a lot if you were able to stay focused on doing the reps. Many variations of Ladders and Pyramids are available when you have a KB and willling PAX!
  • Caeser brought out the Ruck for some added weight. He needed to make up from yesterday’s #fartsack and he did. Voorhees WAS at this workout and and he ain’t scared. Dude makes his own sausage. #MeatGrinder
  • KC is no stranger to swinging the bell so he fit in nicely with the Hardcore crew. The international man of mystery is not coming to the XMAS party though so it’s okay to bring your M’s again. I’m grateful to see my man KC on his feet and accelerating.
  • I can’t believe the party is at Smokey Joe’s again. What are we doing? Come strapped or don’t come at all. #KeepitNotClassy
  • Nibbler brought the big boy bells again, i can’t tell which one is bigger. That guy can swing it. #Sturdy Nibs was awfully quiet outside of the typical panting and groaning.
  • Forge, it’s time to hang your current bell on your Christmas tree and to upgrade the KB. Come one man, get a 25 at least. #JustObserving

Your site Q Snoop is bringing the energy to this new workout and it should continue to evolve/innovate based on the PAX and leadership that invests into it. Come get some if you have not yet. If you Q it, make it happen. Bring the energy, creativity, and leadership. Little bit of a different animal when running is not as involved. More focus on reps, exercises, and using weight than a traditional Metro boot-camp. We don’t have to ditch out on all the reps because you can actually breathe without all of the in-between running. #GetStrong
