16 Pax posted today for YHC second attempt at the Q.

The Drill:

Mosey into the park to the train lot for COP. Started with 25 SSH, 20 Imperial Walkers and some Mountain Climbers. From there, the real fun started. We mosied to the pull up bars next to the turf lot. 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins, 20 squats and then a run up the Lurker with 20 LBCs at the top. Run back down the lurker and repeat 2 more times finishing with some Mary for the six. From there, pax grabbed some wall by the stairs for circuits of dips, derkins and step ups. Finished with a quick sprint in the parking lot, 50 LBCs on the way in and AYG back to the gravel lot. We arrived slightly early so we finished up with 10 burpees at Doobies request.

Moleskin:

A lot of mumble chatter from the pax today complaining about the Lurker trifecta. I think I even heard Marilyn discussing his distain for the lack of oxygen at such a high altitude.

Bermuda Boy and I both agreed burpees are an unnecessary exercise, but Doobie forcefully disagreed and called for burpees in the gravel lot to wrap things up. I’ll have to remember to tell him to sub Burpeess for LBCs moving forward. Red Foxx and Bermuda Boy were out front today, but Doobie was confident BB was cooking the books with his rep count. Either way, good showing by all. Thanks to Redd Foxx for the keys and for always pushing me out of my comfort zone and to improve myself.

    Brutal stuff Paula. Job well done. RF and BB definitely a cut above today. As for the burpees, I apologize for nothing.
