- 5 stops around Freedom Park lake with exercises at each stop
- 10 Burpees Each
- 20 Step ups in Pavilion #1
- 20 Dips and 20 Derkins in Pavilion #2
- 20 Handshake Merkins
- 20 Partner Situps
- Be prepared to run 3.5+ miles along with a ton of exercises to get you tuned up
If so inclined, meet at the gravel lot on East Blvd. at 5.20am. We launch into the gloom at 5.30am.
