F3 – Weight -Loss Challenge Fundraiser
Benefiting “Charlotte Rescue Mission – Rebound” and our Collective Waistline

Rules:- You are in competition with yourself

– Weigh yourself or get a reading on your body fat percentage – Pick a goal: Pounds Lost or % of Body Fat – Add it to the Google Tracking Sheet – Start working towards your goal anytime before August 1st – Challenge ends 8/31/22

Completion is a Win or Win/Win – Make Your Goal?!? You owe nothing, though additional donations are welcome! – Miss your Goal?!? Time to pay up —- in 500 combined burpees and dollars. – All burpees must be done in a 24 hour period, honor code.

Examples: Larry, Curly, and Moe Wanted to lose 10 pounds each.

1. Larry lost 12 pounds, and he was so excited that he decided to donate $100 even though he owed nothing!

2. Curly missed his goal by 4 pounds. He decided to donate $250 and do 250 burpees.

3. Moe. Poor Moe only missed his goal by 1 pound. He decided to shave off those missing 2 pounds with 400 burpees and a $100 donation.

Below is the Google doc for folks that want to enter the challenge. Tab 1 at the bottom of the doc contains the rules.
