The Thang:
Mosey to the corner for extended COP. Bearcrawl up the hill. More stretchy activities at the top: hi knees, butt kicks etc… Backwards run around the corner into Sharon. Mosey to the back field for bearcrawl serpentine to the basketball court… Mini Murf time: pullups x 50, squats x 100, LBCs x 150… plank/mary for a bit… over to the school where we never go for 2 quarters of Kuechleys (wall sit, jump lunge, wall sit, ohno’s)… mosey back to the field for bearcrawl serpentine, part 2… mosey to front benches for dips, step-ups, derkins, box jumps… mosey back out of the school for lunge walk front/back and a lil more core work. Avoid car. Fin.

Moleskiner:
Yall have Gizzard to thank for the format. Ur welcome? Hater blocker needed most for Pepe and Chalet. Swingline was biting his siteQ lip. All were good sports… Waffle and Titan were happy not to run- congrats on BRR finish. Fantastic backblast by Waffle… Gump wasn’t mad at me either- i foresee a VQ from him soon- can’t wait.

Prayer requests for F3 Peggy and family as they lost their daughter. Also Uncle’s daughter caught a bad virus/extended 102 degree fever… take out by Gizzard. He was ready for it!
