Partner up for alternating pullups x10, squats… mosey out the portal, up hill, across Colony to parking deck A “basement” for some wall work. Aussie merkins ney aussie mountain climbers and we’re over to the HT parking lot/liquor store. Across the street(s) to Sabor parking lot… bearcrawls, crabwalks, crawlbears down the fire lane/urinal station… mosey around that apartment towards Red Fox Trail. Point to point sprints from there: back and forth on Red Fox to Pomfret to Sedley… just enough time for wrestling training on the tennis courts: bearcrawls etc… Fin.

Happy 69 day to all. Giggle. My buddy/former coworker turns 50 today. He’s a wildman, glad he made it… The person in the Foxcroft swim clubhouse at 0525 was either a cleaner, a burglar, or finishing a loooong Thurs night… Why were we talking Univ of Kentucky baseball? because half the class of 1999 was at Casbah. Related- YHC was in bourbon country last weekend. Worth a trip. Nice bluegrass… pullups- check. sprints- yes. birdfeeders- fail. chucknorris’s- next time… ReddFoxx’s namesake street is still immaculate. Eggshell smooth (Dave Chappelle reference)… KY is fastest person i know (for 20yards)… Yours truly was a step faster today (Thurs fartsack) but still not with the first heat of today’s rabbits. Fast as always.
