First day on the job for site-Q WaffleHouse and his media blast brought double digits out to the park. We had to send off the AG duo of Chalet and Gizzard properly… We also went white glove service to pay our requests to the queen:

The Thang:
Mosey down Camilla to Carmel Middle driveway. COP: SSH, SharonTowers, Birdfeeders… mosey to the track in back with some soccer, er futbol, calisthentics en route… pass the iron pax bros from kingswood, 2 laps around track of pacing the straighaways and sucking air on the turns… mosey back to front of school to left on Camilla to Lori Ln. 11’s on Lori hill with jump squats and hand release merkins… thru the portal to right on Colony, across Carmel Rd to bottom of New City Church lot… back and forth at bottom of lot: crab walk, lunge walk, and PaulaAbdul’s (bear crawl up 2, back 1 ad nauseum)… 1 suicide of 3 legs from bottom of lot towards top… one last AYG from bottom to top. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Initially yhc wanted to followup last week’s uniform (PWT) with a full-white ensemble. No white shoes or shorts so we went white gloves and that led to a Queen theme. Thank goodness Film was there to help. So britishly speaking, we performed the following: calisthentics a la Ted Lasso, we ran the wrong way on the track, and crab walks (since Film is an expert, must be a staple of gym classes)… Gizzard and Chalet were right at home after passing the site-Q torch. They provided solid one-liners and Q-mockings… and Wednesday is in good shape moving forward with Waffle at the helm. Maybe we get those Valley bros to post back to backs?
