The Thang:
Launch from Cotswold Elem thru the portal to sweet Linda Lane. COP: SSH, SharonTowers, Birdfeeders… The Promo bro’s mustve been sprinting as they joined us before we could leave the cul-de-sac. Mosey/bearcrawl Linda to left on Water Oak… mosey past Randolph Middle to the Bermuda Rectangle of Bertonley/Hartness. Twice around with merkins/lunges/squats at the corners… mosey Walker Rd to left on Goshen. Climb the hill twice + mary (Mercury Freddys!)… ChuckWoolerys down Walker Rd to Sharon Amity = 2 burpees at every other house… native american run back up Water Oak to Randolph… merkinfest and drop the Promo kids off. High tail it back to Atlas at 44:55. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Fun Fact- yhc’s first post was at Promo with the KickinChicken/Foreclosure headlock #countryboy4life… but Atlas doesn’t hate and Fly dropkicked some nice Q to open it up for us… Us being me and WhatDid, whose third COT speech of the week was again new and exciting. The guy can talk… Rain karma rained until 515 and started again 630… No chicken today, no foreclosure, rhapsody, manziel- but yhc picked up a lynchpin twitter follow! Lotta running today 3.98mi on the Atlas Strava. Note sure if a Route 66 up Water Oak would’ve led to a mutiny but didnt chance it… Fly is still fast- couldve lapped us on the last stretch back to the flag… other east Cotswold nuggets: Gridlock’s music love stretches all the way to vinyl #phish2024 #goose2024, Bullwinkle is levering up for an F3 metro takeover.
