The Thang:
Golfers run, right? Mosey to Carmel Middle School then around Camila to the end of Fernbank/Innsbrook. We did some teamwork drills with our caddies, a native american run, and then some old fashion running. Backwards, sideways, u name it. Painstation stops and lotta 18-counts and 9-counts. Back to home at 0514 and all knees were accounted for. Fin.

Moleskin:
SlumDog’s superhuman knee got tweaked but he walked it out. Hopefully back to 100% and he passes that upcoming physical with flying colors… Not many golf-related exercises in F3 nation. We made it happen… Camila and Fernbank are long roads. Take both and u end up within spitting distance of Sharon View. Film and YHC needed the google for global positioning. It was the first time back there for all of us… SlumDog was breaking rules at the Wells over the weekend. At least he wasnt a btch like LotLizzard. There’s a good story there.
