Impromptu Q

The BackBlast:

YHC was only 1/2 anticipating Q’ing today and completely didn’t come up with a workout before hand.  YHC stomped on a shovel while gardening with his 2.0 last week and shin still hurts…therefore, not much running today.

Ran up to Westminster Church to pick up some Holy Bricks

Lunges around the parking lot while taking turns taking a lap

“Taint Scrappers” around the circle

Good morning with the bricks at either end

“O God Why Me” all the way up to 10.

Run back down to the Mint by way of Colville/Hempstead

Moleskin:

Stat was only 1 min. late

Roofus was 4 min. late but then had to mark his territory and pee on everything, hide his keys, probably a few other tasks so more like 7 min. late.
