Third edition of Birthday Q week at Achilles Last Stand (530 edition) this AM. Having expended most of his own ideas in earlier Qs this week and in search of fresh material for the Q, YHC searched past backblasts for ideas and was inspired by a recent DoReMi workout where the pax did a set of repeated exercises followed by a mosey before beginning the next set. YHC added the 10-8-6-4-2 count to claim some ownership of an otherwise completely plagiarized workout. Here is what we did:
