The Thang-

Mosey past Reids to Walgreens for a security check and COP: SSH, IW, hillbillies, bridfeeders, *disclaimer*…frogger over Fairview to that parking lot next to McDonalds. Partner up for squats while partner runs the rectangle lot. Flapjack and repeat twice. Same thing with lunges x2 each partner… over to an open spot suitable for PaulaAbduls for about 30 yards… (mary)… back across the now busier Fairview to reunite with bells at the home office.

Bells – we did all this with 2 breaks to mosey up and down the hill past the symphony: swings, curls, SurryCountys, snatches, BootySwings, frenchpress, RPP LPP, cleans, thrusters, highpulls, RenegadeRows. Consider your golfing day ruined. Fin.

NMM:

Roughly 30min bootcamp and 15min meatheading… Several of us got lost in the next-to-mcdonalds parking lot but all are accounted for… Dont whine about PaulaAbduls- it was uphill, which helps in this case (Paulas are forward bear crawl 2 parking spots, then back 1, forward 2, back 1, repeat ad nauseum)… wasnt as rough as last week’s TML destruction but pax can tell u how close we got… Uncle’s house will feel smaller this week- good luck with visitors.
