8 pax with EZ Rings (predictable yet still unstoppable) took us to the meadowbrook hill. We knew where we were headed and just a matter of if we were going to stop before we go there. Stopped for 50 lbc’s then continued on. After arriving instructions were up (all the way to sedgewood) 4 times. 20 jump squats at the top and 20 merkins at the bottom. Following that it was 50 lbc’s at the top then he led us halfway down with a slow count of 20 merkins and backwards run back to the top. Mosey back half way down and another 20 slow count then long lunge for 50 yards to backwards run the rest of the way. 50 more lbc’s at sedgewood place ct then to Randolph via wendover and back towards Cotswold. Another 20 merkins at Heathwood then back to the starting point. 50 lbc’s then C.O.T.

FNG now F3 Mullet (he doesn’t have one and never has) joined us. Perhaps instructed by his boss?
