Of course, SSH x50 from Snoop to start… the next 13 minutes: various exercises in a circle, move gear to far wall and back, hangs, farmer carries up and over the hotbox, lifting heavy things onto the ledge and dropping them.

muschamp: yhc. farmer carry to the far end of lot (stop sign). alternating bag/bell renegade rows x10 each side. farmer carry back to hotbox with stops at lights for snatches, curls, french press… partner up for pullups/squats or up/over/around hotbox with 1 item of ur choosing. Rinse repeat twice each.

muschamp: WhatDid. To the blocks for partner simba’s x100 (total) while one partner farmer carries bells around inside of hotbox. Carry gear outside for alternating merkins/pushpress. Fin.
