The Thang:

Mosey into the park to the train lot.  COP: SSH, IW, birdfeeders.  Mosey to the lake.  Blast music for a little game of catchmeifyoucan.  Partner 1: marathon pace.   Partner 2: makhtar ndiayes x 5, then catch partner… pause for merkinorama… repeat with backwards run instead of marathon pace.

Mosey to the terraced hill for serpentine bear crawl up the hill.  Merkinorama. Retrieve music.  Mosey to the good handrails for pullups overhand x 10 IC, underhand x 10 IC.  Plankage.  Repeat em both… Mosey to the steps for bunny hop and run hill… repeat with 2step lunge and run hill… back to the train lot for merkins and some plankage… Back to AO with whatever u got left… merkins, burpees, fin.

Naked Man Moleskine:

Yhc forgot it was HUGFEST today but imagine there were lots of em at Prometheus… Yhc owed the boys some music after rip van winkling last week’s Q.  The music got a 9 from the Georgia judge (Tardy).  Some misplaced beats in there- “One step in front of the other” while bunnyhopping the hill.  DJ needs work… Think that’s the third Catch Me If You Can that we’ve rolled out for my semiannual Q.  Just like to check out the lake… birdfeeders still not catching fire throughout F3 nation but ur hammies are begging for it… also had to throw several Chuck Norris’s at these nancies.  Yhc has the upperhand with gloves… congrats to Pusher on newborn- missed 1 week?   we’re 10 days into that mission.

Takeout by Sheep- very solid.  Pray for his boy Todd battling cancer as well as my buddy Bauer and his family whose mom Wanda recently passed.  Eyes on the correct path, boys.
