The Thang:
Out and back to Oakhurst Park via Walker, Mcalway, Craig Ave. Stop at the park for stuff, including sprints. Just enough time for some quality time on Goshen hill to climb it forwards and backwards. Fin.

Moleskiner:
First time for the crew to go off track/campus/’hood to Oakhurst… No mary or merkins were used in the proceedings… 3.33 miles on the Strava… YHC did hear one “time check” in a pax attempt to leave Goshen- vetoed and we got back to the flag with 20 seconds to spare… thank goodness we had the full 45min for Toolbelt’s explanation of CLT music clubs. Interesting happenings in town and great music… Backup was out there acting like a kid again… Hoover HC to MetrOlympics.
