So big one worm supposed to be the queue. And big worm didn’t show up. Which is really really sad because we all love big worm we look forward to big worm like you might look forward to meeting Tom Brady. I mean that’s true– big worm is he was completely a late round draft pick. Nobody expected the greatness. But here he is a world record holder. I don’t know what he holds the world record in but Iknow he holds a world record at something. So big worms not there so we divide up the Q.I do what I do best jump in get the whole thing started with little warm up. Then we head to the rails and do a set of elevens just beating the shit out of our biceps. Handed off to  skoal bandit . He takes us up into the temple makes us do a whole bunch exercises and run . Running is stupid I don’t know why he has us do it but we had to do it.   and then titan decides he’ll take the 3rd part which as literally like having a second workout. Titan  does a Pyramid that’s got burpees and renegade rows and upright rows and  snatches and just bullshits on top of bullshit on top of bullshit. But here’s the deal when we didn’t have our leader we still could have a workout .  It wasn’t the same because we missed big worm. But we still had a workout and that’s the important stuff.

my recorder failed so i have no idea sho was there or what the announcements were. I recall that GAAP talked for 15 minutes.
