To and fro… back into the hotbox for forearm bonanza. team game- 1 pax work the forearm roller continually while the the pax take a trip around the squared circle with gear (and the forearm pax’s gear). 3 total laps around with 3 pax forearm-ers… just enough time for couplets of good-uns/plank. Fin.
