The BackBlast:

No christmas theme, no whining about weather, 6 pax launched

The Thang:
We moseyed the backroads to Sharon View to RockCreek and Flintwood hills. 3 trips up RockCreek and only 1 up Flintwood gave us time to hit Hartmill Court hill once on the way back. Ring around Thornridge Rd also… Mercans and mary sprinkled in… Fin.

Moleskin:
The mission today was reminding pax about F3 mission and F3 core principles (5 principles plus some good un-core additions). By the end of 45mins, everyone had it… 3.2miles on the strava and mid-20s mercury in the thermometer… those hills are no joke and back up into a tributary of McAlpine Creek- funny to look at the 30,000 feet google view how close everything is jammed in. Murica… Good way to start a holiday week- add some durable to that cold weather courage. Next up- ring run.
