YHC didnt watch one second of the ncaa final. Can’t remember the last time that happened. One Shining Moment is still awesome… on the plus side, well rested and ready to lead from the middle…

The Thang:
Mosey south on Providence to the kid’s school for COP… continue down Providence to Sharon Amity and into the hotbox. Take a whiff of the despair occurring at Shorecard, hear some dry-heaving (hi, Ice9), and perform 2 sets of pullups: x10 and amrap… mosey back out to left on Sharon Amity, right on Phoenix, left on Ferncliff, right on Sharon Rd, right on Wendover for a sec, left on Forest Dr to Tanglewood Ln to left on Brandon Circle to right on Sharon Rd. All the way up the hill to right on Rensford to right on Beverly to home. Fin

Moleskiner:
We almost made a ring. It was more of a rectangle but pax liked not venturing north or east for a change… we stopped for merkins etc but nothing strenuous #soccerarms… we did get some point-to-point sprints towards the end as well as a native american run up Sharon Rd hill… holy crap we scared some pax away from Shorecard. YHC explained that i spend 1 or 2 Tuesdays per month there and they questioned my mental faculties. We witnessed ome sort of bag drag/carry with a side of pain/suffering… Waffle and Chalet were the rabbits up front with Rig and HE just behind. All this was well in front of me… 5.3mi on the strava. Great morning for a run and proved to be a good day for golf. Keep Tantrum in ur prayers as he continued healing today with a memorial golf outing/fundraiser.
