Missing a few names, sorry brothers. There were 17 who came out for the Promo hot chicken loving experience. Together, we tried to get one step faster, tougher, and stronger.

Foreclosure had graciously moved his Q back a week to ensure a #farewell Q for your boy before baby 3 puts my fitness back a couple of months (years?).  Thanks brother. Promo management approved the change, and we were off to the races.

Despite the hotness, the people were clamoring for a fresh beat-down in the heart of Cotswold and I always aim to please. We kicked it off by rolling around the school for some COP action, then quickly headed up towards Wendover for a large stop at the Naomi Drenan Rec Center. After all of that, we matriculated back to the Randolph middle lot for some finale type exercises. Including an AYG lap around the track. Pitino was pushing the pace, but if i remember correctly it was Pepe and Purple Rabbi who took the crown. Strong work, brothers.

As Dredd noted, this is an Uncle special at Prometheus, it’s an underrated spot for the AO. The PAX had no idea the courts were renovated by none other than the Curry family last year , but I DID. Why? Because this fake hispanic is a Cotswold resident and I have actually played basketball with my people at those new courts before. There are a few walls that some of the pax reluctantly scaled with me. Hey, if you were being chased at a gas station and you need to jump over a wall, that is a legitimate skill you must have.

Purple Rabbi and Dredd were chattering throughout, I could not gauge what was being said. Though I tried to keep the pax moving towards the end as to not wake any friendly Cotswold neighbors who may send their poodle after you should you wake them up unnecessarily.

Hey we had an FNG!!! FNG Spidey joined the pax for the 45 minute edition and held his own quite well actually. Spidey asked me one to many times about F3 so I knew he was ripe for the EMOTIONAL HEADLOCK into the loving arms of Kicken Chicken. No one ever denies a second serving of the pollo so I’m thinking he will and should come back every week.

Man that was a lot of fun and I am resolved that we continue to deepen and grow this thing in Metro and beyond. So thankful for what f3 brings to the table when it comes to working on a man’s heart. It has changed my life dramatically. I find that staying pure is a daily battle, it’s too easy to get caught up in worldly things, stepping out that door in the morning helps me fight that and I know for others it is the same. Lock shields and go hard with a clean heart for whatever you want in life – eventually that turns into something. Even when the road is not clear, keep moving.
