Q among Q’s

The BackBlast:

Casbah was filled with leaders for a +3 mile tour of parking garages in South Park. The route was made to minimize the impact of the threatening hurricane and optimize our fitness.

While the storm was a drizzle at best, I realized I was Q among Qs. Each man at this workout plays and has played a key role to accelerating F3.

Titan, our war daddy for the day, held the Q role at Governator for years. He continues to be leader in the community through multiple volunteer efforts and consistently showing up to workouts.

Waffle House, the recently anointed Site Q of Governator. He’s a accelerating into the role of Site Q and I’m certain Governator will benefit from it.

Sable, recently passed the site Q of the Valley. I’m sure we’ll see him stepping into an even bigger role sooner.

Pepe, site Q of Black Widow and potentially fastest pax in Metro. Not much slowing him down.

Tardy, site Q of Ring Run. Working in his plan to bring a new site Q in and set them up for success. That’s leadership.

Sing Line, Site Q of Casbah and a rock star. Thanks for keeping the AO accelerating and giving me the opportunity to lead.

The exercises we did were the standard you’d expect. Merkins, dips, burpees… the list goes on.
