Circular bearcrawls/lungewalks at the roundabout then straight bearcrawls/ broadjump/ lungewalk in the Yafo lot… mosey to Red Fox Trail for ChuckWoolerys to Foxcroft Rd… point to point up each hill with HandRelease/core/mary after each… finishing move: back to the flag via Foxcrodt Rd with 10x HandRelease at every cross street. Fin.

NMM:
A pedestrian 3.1 miles on the strava but there was more accomplished than that. Spartan training- checkmark. All pullups, all the time… Several pax reported seeing a “shooting star” aka Russian recon… Sable reported that a local youth baseball team picked the Spartans as their team name, with a celebratory Spartan helmet awarded for a good play. YHC is turning positive on the next generation… police reported 1 car pulled over on Sharon Rd for going under the speed minimum… weather report was 1 degree over freezing… we did 1 minute of Overtime.
