Return of Faux Marv

As my friend Pipeline says you have a week to post a BB, so since this is the week of the BB return this one is better late than never.

Worm is one of those workouts that is special. As my M says, really Saturday at 6 am?? But that is what it is. It is up early on a Saturday, pushing it hard and then coffee after for fellowship “F”. Site Q Tormond brings the heat week after week with strong Q’s. Two weeks ago Dredd brought the heat! Early in his Q Dredd was ready to discuss virtual schools with Marv (school teacher, who apparently has glorious hair) who YHC was mistaken for. He was quickly correct, but Dredd is not a man to back down. So Faux Marv was here to lead two weeks later.

On to it! Out the front lot to back lot for warm up. SSH, Merkins, Squats, Mountain Climbers. Then out the lot to head down what YHC thought was Michael Baker Pl. but was actually Barclay Downs, maybe I should have been a realtor… more on that later. So barclay downs. Merkins at the street lights up to the stop sign, then back to Woodlawn squats at every light on the way back.
Now over to Michael Baker, Carolina Dry docks at the street lights, Mary for the 6. Next down to the patio and stairs at park towne village. Partners, one up the stairs while the other does squats and LBC’s *3. Next over to the hills off of Selwyn.

YHC needs to work on his geography, the PAX headed over to hillside, but YHC was looking for the square off of Tranquil, but owe missed it. Was going to be partner merkins and derkins. That ended quickly after the PAX ran hillside once. Happy to adjust YHC then headed over the walls past the Pub. At this point Stinger started asking about real estate. YHC sense of direction not great, so maybe a new career is in order. Next dips on the wall. Seeing that we still have time time to head down colony, and running 7’s on Glendale. Merkins at the bottom, Squats at the top. Lots of mumble chatter but it was better than doing it in the mud. Next time running short, so time to head home, quick stop for dips at the bottom of the hill then free for all home with 20 seconds to spare. YHC was gassed and the Pax were as well.

18 total, One Pax, I think Merrill Lynch pull out early do to a hurt foot. Hope all good, and let me know if the name is wrong.
