Mosey out the school to left on Foxcroft, right on Sedley.  Stop at Filmfest’s house to rouse him with SSH x 10 IC, IW x 10 IC, disclaimer.  Disclaimer!  Right on Arborway to left on Silver Bell.  Add in some karaoke to stop at Columbine for merkinfest Drydocks x 10 IC, Diamonds x 10 IC, WideArms x 10 IC.

Pick ur own pace around Columbine to Fairview.  Plank and Travoltas x 10 IC each side.  Frogger across Fairview to left on Carmel Park Rd.  ChuckWoolerys down Carmel Park Rd (2 burpees every other driveway) to Carmel Rd.  Wait for six with some AlGore’s.  Carmel to left on Fairview to right on Valencia.  Maryfest FreddyMercurys, HeelsToHeaven, MercuryFreddys.

Pick ur own pace Valencia to Arbor Way.  GraysonAllens.  Arbor Way to left on Sedley.  Pause for ActionFigures (hold lunge, both sides).  Take it home to AO.  Fin.

YHC posted RIngRun on Tuesday and have the Q this Tuesday so oops, apologies if u dont like running workouts.  Good to see Dover and Hollins.  The rest of u – YHC sees all the time…  Notable Sloppy posted 5 in a row including 3 Q’s by KY so he gets the gold star.  Strava’s ranged from 4.3mi to 4.5mi so we landed on 4.4 and decided Apple is the strava parent who gives their child a participation trophy.  see where that gets u, apple owners… OneEye consistently steps up to take the group out and always good.  Ur time is the greatest gift u can give unless your last name is Bezos, Buffett or Musk… great seeing all and thx to Tardy (but not Benefactor) for the Q spot
