Safe and Sound Under A Watchful Eye

This was not my Q, so why write this up you may ask. Because it’s been a long time and I had a few minutes in my now retired life. Plus, Sparty’s time is better used lawyering for someone out there in this world we live in.

On my arrival to the AO, I was followed in by a huge black Grand Jeep Wagoneer. Instead of running off into the gloom on a warmup lap, I stuck around to welcome Boondock who was down range from “West Indy”. He works for the Indiana Pacers in security because a bunch of 6 to 7 foot professional athletes need protection. They are in town to hopefully give the Hornets another win. Hallpass reminded everyone that the Hornets are Charlotte’s NBA basketball team that still play here. Anyone been to a game recently?

Well, my time is up, so not being responsible for this in the first place, I’m out. The most important thing is not what we did, but that we were there. (Deep, Right!) I was going to make more comments on how we “dropped” 3 pax during the workout, but the 3, who know who they are, voluntarily ran out early to get back to where they started, so if anything, they dropped the rest of the pax versus them being dropped. And more so, as someone said “it’s pretty hard to be dropped at a mostly Core oriented workout”.
