Social Distance



The BackBlast:

The mantra for today was ‘Social Distance’. We did our best to maintain social distance. We had a total of 20 including 6 FNGs!

 

Started out in front of the building doing sets of On your feet (SSHs, IWs, etc.), Mericans, Abs, stretching. After several rounds of that, we visited the wall on McNinch for some People’s Chair, Donkey Kix and BTTW. Crossed the RR trax for some Dips, mosey and Squats. To the rock pile for some rock work. Some short ‘runs’ (Bear Crawl, backwards run, Crab walk, etc.). Crossed Cedar street and used the railings for Derkins. Ran up Hill street backwards. Circled back and did some burpees.
