With 9 pax in attendance, we somehow split into 3 groups with different routes.

Tilted Kilt & Mr. Bo did the traditional Sweet6 route, sans Muthaship. That’s surprising given that these two are the gazelles of the pax coming in at 7/min miles. Maybe today was their easy day?

Nabisco, Titan, WhatDid and Woodpecker (Who, right?) did the Sweet6 route w/ 2X up the Muthship. Strong showing, I must say, not an easy path with 100% humidity. BRR training is top priority.

Fake News, Alibi, and Maybe took off for an extended 11 mile route, yet to be known, to support Alibi as he preps, many months in advance, for the Charlotte Marathon.

NMM

• 0515 no longer means 0515 for many. Fake News admitted to sandbagging the start time to make sure his crew was there by 0520. Nabisco Time is very confusing. Getting him to a workout on time just doesn’t happen.
• Woodpecker is visiting from Columbia M-F for work. He’s quicky becoming a regular as word is he was at SIB this week – that other running workout that requires the batflippers to take Thursday off (not Wpecker though).
• 100% humidity is just awful. I’m still drying off.
