The first is usually better

The BackBlast:

After a strong showing at Sib rivalry the PAX expected a bit of a let down with Coach going back2back. A quick loop around the lot to the turf for ssh, MC’s, merkins, lbc’s, grapevine, and geriatric step ups (formerly known as imperial walkers). It was suggested Stogie would have appreciated the short jog and extended exercises and stretches. Through the ankle breaker forest and to the Chis and Col wicks intersection where the PAX was instructed to partner up for Tha Thang.

Tha Thang:
One partner to bar and chis and the other to green and col for 10 merkins and 20 jump squats. Back to chis and col for 10 partner merkins and 10 partner derkins each. Partners rotate intersections to run to with same exercises and back to chis and col for the same. After round one we planked for the 6 and then did round 2.
We then moved to the parking lot for dollys, flutters, lbc’s, and rosalitas. To the brick wall beside Publix for a quick sit and then ran the 4 staircases on the corners. The PAX was moving so quickly Coach led us up and down a few more staircases before taking Greenwich back up the lot for C.O.T.

Lifted up some adorations and supplications and then dropped. As men were chatting Bulge approached “dinosaur rising” and asked where he usually posts. Dino responded it was his first time and he chose to name himself. Bulge had the group quickly circle back up. Dino being from San Fran was quickly named Nancy, but Disney through out Barney and the PAX agreed.
