Intro: 18 strong on a steamy Friday

 

The Thang: Here’s what we did:

Warmup:  SSH, Sharon Towers, Flutters, L/R Windshield Wiper stretch, MC, L/R Hip/Hammy stretch

Mosey to the office building caddy-corner from Trader Joes.

3 trips up each staircase, 20 crossfit mericans one way, 20 jacknives the other way.  #timekiller

Mosey to the top of the deck of the same building for some partner work:  partner 1 sprint the long way, partner 2 holds a people’s chair, decline plank, crab plank – 6 rounds of sprints.

Mosey to the pull-up bars by the chinese library, partner ladder 1 up to 8 and back down.

Mary for a few min.

Mosey back to COT, for some plank-o-rama and stretching.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Great group out there today.   Nice to see some guys I haven’t seen in a while – Nomad, Ceviche (who was way out front all day, along with Charcoal, Fresh Meat, and Midget)

We went back to the area around the place we used to park.  I like it because it has outside stairs and an outside deck without a bunch of glass everywhere.

It didn’t seem as hot as it has been, but it warmed up quick.

Money/Rev 6th annual birthday Q Tuesday at ALS

Freed to Bleed blood drive.

Fresh Meat with the takeout.
