Small but mighty group of guys on Thursday at Razors Edge. We ran around the neighborhood doing Merkins at every stop sign. Probably hit two miles at a pretty good pace.
Headed back to the church parking lot and did various ab and leg exercises. Kept the heart beating fast while hitting as many exercises as possible. Monkey humpers were scrooges favorite.
