We started and ended with Mericans

The BackBlast:

Five this morning, including one FNG (Soup), who saw Scrooge’s signs in the neighborhood and decided to skip Madabolics this morning in exchange for a real workout. We started in the parking lot with a nice warmup, moseyed down to the Sedgefield neighborhood park for a rendition of Mercian’s and Squats (7×15 which is actually not 95 which we thought at the time..105 of each). From there we headed up to Lake Sedgefield (aka retention pond) for some more fun. Back to the parking lot for abs, a 2 minute plank, and finished off with the hellavatar. Good to have an unexpected FNG and proof the signs work!
