Mosey to the bottom of the driveway from the Selwyn Entrance up to the basketball court.
5’s on the hill – Burpees at the top, Knee-Ups at the bottom. 4 rounds.
Mosey to the basketball court for a modified Jacob’s ladder on the stairs: Donkey Kicks at the bottom, up the stairs and back (etc.). Coach really liked this one and said he was going to use it next time.
Mary: 15 reps military count: LBC, Dying Cockroach, Knee up, Russian Twist, Dolly, Rosalita, Flutter, Left Oblique crunch, Right Oblique crunch, and finish with protractor, holding a couple of 10 counts at 10 degrees.
Partner up for Do-Re-Mi’s FAMOUS Merican Ladder – up to 8 and back down.
If time is remaining: Mosey to the bars for a pull up ladder with the same partner, up to 8 and back down.
I’m pretty sure that’s enough for 45 min.

The new backblast engine is OK but the add name function seems a tad unreliable at this point. It’s missing a few regulars and it’s pretty time consuming to add a bunch of people one by one.
