WIB Preblast-The Leased Donkey
The BackBlast:
- Straight into the park to the owl bars.
- 10 pull ups, 20 dips, and 30 LBCs
- To the Lurker, with 10 shoulder tap merkins at the bottom and at the 2 speed humps. 5 burpees at the top.
- Down Megatool with 10 shoulder tap merkins at the speed hump and at the gate to the playground.
- Into the playground for 10 pull ups, 20 dips, and 30 LBCs.
- Back up Megatool with 10 shoulder tap merkins outside of the gate and at the speed hump. 5 burpees at the top.
- Down the Lurker with 10 shoulder tap merkins at the 2 speed humps and at the bottom.
- Back to the owl bars and repeat.
- Head back home around 6:07.
