COP: SSH, birdfeeders, SharonTowers… Left on Barclay Downs to right on Morrison Blvd with bear crawls and lunge walks sprinkled in… Into the parking deck and to the top with WideArms x4 on one turn and SoloHandSlapMerkins x4 on the other. Mary on the top deck- in the dark- frown face.

Down the steps and right on Carnegie Blvd to that Village Tavern outside patio. Derkin plank walks left and right x 4 until all blood reaches head… mosey thru the mall/Reid’s parking lots to left on Fairview… stop at McDonalds for contact buzz, mosey thru the Pancake House lot, across street to Sharon Square/Whole Foods corner… find a fountain and 2 giant Christmas balls for dips and step-ups.

Mosey past Whole Foods to left on Fairview to right on Sharon Rd to the Yafo parking lot. Stop me if you’ve heard this before: bear crawl and lunge walk thru the lot… Mosey out the back of the complex to right on Colony Rd… ChuckWoolerys back to AG = 2 burpees at every other street light… merkins at the AG track steps to crab walk and bear crawls on the track… merkins and table til time called. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Security is light at the Capitol Towers parking deck on Saturdays. No harassment there for a change… hat tip to Uncle for the plank walk idea by Village Tavern… “Don’t eat Yafo the night before posting.” -ThinSlice… No casualties during birdfeeders today and reminded us all to work on balance. Generally YHC begins with birdfeeders instead of a disclaimer as birdfeeders makes it obvious it’s not a professional workout… fun fact- Moonshine spends the majority of his Christmas Eve at St Gabe’s. See u there… YHC still scratching the head over the third advent candle… 5.0mi on the strava. Tormund approved.
