Well, that sucked. Good to have my 2.0 out there. Finished wresting season Friday and has an ax to grind. I think 39 was the mode with Red Fox, Sausage & Gilchrist all representing the almost 40 crowd. Smothered & Covered ain’t too far behind them at 37. Got to see Monk two days in a row. He pushed me up a hill at Caffeine yesterday and up the stairs today. Love the cool crisp mornings with like minded men grinding.

Announcements: plenty of CSAUP opportunities with Spartan Race 4/5, Metro Olympics (new North vs. South) date TBD and Corporate Cup this weekend.
