Tool Man with his HHS VQ came out of the gates screaming-right into it like a pro. He integrated some calf stretches and dead hangs along with 5 of the standard 6 ROM program. He also brought with him a new move called the greatest stretch. This one was 2 sets of ten, kind of hard and got pretty close to working out!
