A week before Christmas and all through the Pax…

The BackBlast:

We enjoyed our pleasant time together with some Old Timey Christmas Classics by the likes of Run DMC, The Eurythmics, Madanna, U2, and Bon Jovi.

We started with the standard fare: Side straddle hop, imperial walkers, merkins, peter parker, heels to heaven, copper head squats, LBC’s, Sharon Towers,…you know that old chestnut…

Then 4 rounds of partner circuits alternating between running up the Target steps and lunges, peter parkers, and John travoltas.

Intermezzo included  3 rounds of various relaxing people chair and balls to the wall exercises.

Up to the top deck for four corners of fun that included a nice varietal of merkins and squats, finishing with the fan favorite Monkey Humpers.

A fast paced mosey to the water fountain in front of the now shuttered Hickory Tavern, found us breathlessly waiting to enthusiastically execute two loops of Bulgarian Split squats, dips, derkins,  down ramp bear crawls.

A short mosey down the greenway for some Mary with a view.  Of course it was 6:10 am, so the only view we got to see was each other’s smiling faces:)

Mosey back to the deck for some well earned stretching and we ended with COT and another well spoken Eminem takeout.
