Arm Day
The BackBlast:
They painted the parking deck since the last time YHC has posted to Attila, or at least it looked fresh. Even though it looked fresh, it felt and smelt (sp?) hot and stuffy, so we didn’t stay in the deck. You’re welcome pax, of which there were 5 of us.

Beautiful hot day in mid-town. Water from the fountain near the band stage sounded cool, but smelled not so cool. The grass near the silver ball was golf course worthy and was wet and cool for what it’s worth. The day called for arm work, and that’s what we did in one form or another. Low mileage didn’t keep the pax from feeling the heat. Without the usual mumblechatterers, the pax who posted went about simply knocking out the exercises. With an age spectrum spanning more than 50 years, it is true that F3 welcomes all men of all ages (disclaimer: boys under 18 should be accompanied by a parent).
I enjoy a convergence like what was held for Money’s 80th this past Tuesday, but small is also good. Thanks to Sharona for the push to sign up and Q. For those wondering, Attila meets on the 2nd level of the Target parking deck (how exciting does that sound – not the 1st level, or any of the 3rd through 5th levels.); but the greenway is right there for all sort of exercise options – walls, grass, rocks, etc. Funny, because if we met in another place near the greenway, typical F3 men would look at the parking deck as a great AO spot for exercising – stairs, ramps, views, walls, cover, etc. I’ll leave you with that thought to contemplate on the rest of the day (those of you who first of all have time to be reading this in the first place.)
