The workout was off but then audibled as on and those that showed up were not disappointed.
Started with Ruck on and 20 of each.
MC’s, Parker Peter, Peter Parker, high pulls, 2HPP, block presses, Squats w/bag added.
Grab everything and stop at Providence for 50 block curls. Take everything to the st Gabe’s lot.
Down and back bear crawls with ascending push ups at each line. First 5 spots w/ruck then finished spots 6-10 w/out the ruck. Ambitious original call led the audibles.
LBC’s for the 6. Ruck on w/bell Russian twists (20), Kettle bell overhead and flutters (20), bag ups (10).
Grab the bell and sandbag and walk to the upper lot. 25 renegade rows each side then 25 dips with bag on lap x2. Per Coach’s suggestion 50 RR’s each side then 50 bag dips. Get everything back to COT. Some might be out of order. Seems like forever ago. Everyone then got to Convergence for more fun.
Zero lionkillerz in attendance but the shorecard standard was upheld. Well done to those who are responsible for setting the standard.
