The BackBlast:

10 + gathered in the gloom for the first workout in the 60’s since last fall.
Here’s what they did:
1 PAX takes a lap around the church
Everyone else does one of the following, then switches:
Overhead Press
Single leg split squats
Single leg deadlifts
Hip Turners
Pistol Squats
Kettlebell Swings

One or two other exercises.

After 1 round we moseyed to the parking lot for bear crawls and duckwalks. Focus on keeping legs and arms straight for a hip workout.

NMM: Thanks for indulging me on a PT’ish/PRE-hab workout. YHC wanted to focus on hip strength and mobility with a few other things (Kbell and overhead press) for good measure.
The PAX seemed pretty interested in basketball goings-on. A few regulars missing this morning, Pothole, Lot Lizard…where ya at? No wonder our form needed correcting.
