The BackBlast:

With Iron Pax over it was time to get back to normal at Atlas. The normal crew was back. Now instead of everyone looking at the back of Ice9’s head we had the joy of chasing after fly with me or gridlock or the ageless wonder Disney. The group might have thought they were getting off easy with Toolbelt at the helm and Ice leading at Promo but YHC had to bring it!

The thang: Atlas is hospitable to those who are right on time. So we did a couple parking lot laps to get going. Then over to the turf for SSH, Merkins, Plank-jacks and squats. Then out the back door to Linda. Merkins at every lamppost all the way to Wateroak. Fly with me was out quick, he might need to visit Ranger… Next mosey over to the end of Linda for 4 corners. 5 burpees, 10 merkins at Emory and Cheddington, backwards run up the hill, 15 plank-jacks at Walker and Cheddington and then 20 LBC’s at Walker and Linda. Coach was happy to ensure good for on the burpees. Thanks for looking out Coach. Much to the Pax excitement we ran this circuit twice. Next mosey over to Wateroak. Squats at every light all the way to Sharon Amity. Mosey over to the Wicks (if you know, you know). 7’s up Chiswick merkins and plank-jacks. Mosey through the back door of Cotswold for 3 minutes of Mary and Elbow plank on the turf. COT

Always a pleasure to lead the crew at Atlas. It is interesting how people land in certain places and YHC had always headed to Cotswold in Wed. Smithers and YHC run in past Promo every Wednesday and that day got asked by Uncle and Red Fox where I was going. My answers was sorry can’t stop have to lead the men at Atlas!
