Bandit – To late to post a BB?

The BackBlast:

Prelude: Is it too late to submit a backblast? Is there a TTL  (Time to Live) on the events that occurred during the workout?  I’d say the answer is it depends on your commitment to complete the responsibilities of the Q – which include posting a backblast. Therefore, I submit this backblast for a workout 48+ hours ago.

There were 11 of us for the start of the Wednesday institutional workout that is Bandit, led by Site Q Sheep.  Who, if you haven’t met him, is a one fit dude that runs in and runs out of the workout for a little extra credit.  I’m glad he did that on this workout as I was planning on low miles and fellowship exercises (no ten counts like they do at Ranger and The Worm).

The plan was simple, run into Freedom park, circle up for COP. Some SSH, Some Merkins, Some MC’s, let’s get out of here.

Over to the stairs by the pavilion. 3 laps of 20 dips, up the stairs, 20 handrail pull ups, back down to repeat. HE showed off and did it 4 times. I bet he went home feeling studly – I would have.

The over the bridge to the amphitheater for some mary, which confused the pax as no one was smoked, but we did it regardless. Then some hip slappers and out of the amphitheater.

Pax ran along the lake stopping at each light for 5 burpees until we hit Princeton. We ended up doing about 150 burpees, or less.

Then up to Sterling and made a left and stopped at the nature museum. Partner up and split 300 Squats and 200 Merkins with a partner. One partner does the exercise, the other down the driveway, around the turn, and back up. Flapjack until the exercises are done.

We finished up and made it back to COT for 0615.

THE END
