Big Hair Monday, 3/22

The BackBlast:

12 strong at BHM today. YHC tried to keep the fast dogs occupied while keeping the group together. It seemed to go all ok.

The Thang:

Mosey to Maryland to Sterling and stop for a quick COP part 1 at the Wellesley intersection for side straddle hops. Continue on to the Nature Museum parking lot for COP part2:

• Merkins, hold it
• Mountain climbers, hold it
• Wide arms, hold it
• Parker Peters, recover
• Imperial Walkers

Mosey to the bottom of the Nature Museum parking lot where it meets the greenway for the starting point of the Jacobs Ladder. Start there, run to the top of Hamburger Hill for 1 burpee. Rinse and repeat till 7 burpees.

Run back up to Sterling, and around to Princeton to the main entrance to the park. Split the group in half. One group goes left around the pond, the other goes to the right. Sprint till we meet at the other side.

Mosey up to the base of the lurker. All you got to the top with merkins on your own until the 6 arrives.

Back down to the bottom then head through the park to the main parking lot for a merkin ladder. 1, 2…10. Crowd pleaser.

Indian run to the stop sign. We have a couple extra minutes, so plank at 6 inches. YHC made the terrible mistake to ask El Shinola to call a 10 count. Slowest 10 count ever. Recover, head back home.

NMM:

Great crew today. Sweetbriar and Sir Topham Hat out front the whole time. Weather was perfect. Glad to start the week off with you fellas. Thanks to Rube for the opportunity to lead today.
