Panthers fans had an extra gear this morning so we slowed em down with cinder blocks. Red Rifle – Part IV

The Thang:
One lap around the church and warmarama in the gazebo… to the cinderblock stack to retrieve, curl and overhead press while u carry em thru the gazebo across Colony to Charney Trail Rd… catch me if u can: partner1 double block carry, partner2 chaser. Initial plan (chaser does 6 merkins + backwards run) lasted about 2 minutes. Omaha to 10 jump squats and mosey to catch. We covered a couple roads (Charney Trail and Castellaine)… march blocks back across the street to church and stowed em near the bottom of the parking lot… finally to the running: up the hill in various distances/formats: backwards, side shuffle, karaoke)… just enough time to Native American walk to return blocks and back to the flag for some mary. Fin.

NMM:
YHC cant make it to the hotbox this week so bring on the blocks! The block fairy had 12 freshys ready for us and the new block hiding spot is keeping down the vandalism breakage… the first catch-me-if-u-can plan looked better on paper. Wanted to do backwards run- accomplished that later… Grip Strength—> check mark emoji… Rock Respect bday today! He arrived by foot with chalet, who was less crabby than usual. Maybe we didnt give him anything to be chippy about? Not much whining from the group about the block carry, which makes the Q happy. However, u knows its good when it’s the opposite, the gnashing of teeth… fly bys from ruckers Gizzard and OneEye as well as COT with Egypt. First respects paid to Rock. Will Rock return the favor with a trip to DC for Egypt’s marathon in Oct???
