Courtesy warmup in the parking lot to wait for late comers, then made our way to the top of Blues Hill with stops for merkins and dips. Disney announced he was looking for an a** kicking, and YHC felt compelled to oblige. First was two partner laps on the sedgewood circle with hand slaps and partner derkins. Then 3x up and down Blues Hill with merkins at the bottom and big boys at the top. Two stops on the way home for traffic and merkins. Jailbreak the last half mile. Great crew this morning, but missing some regulars - guess that’s summer for you. Or, FWM scared people away with his email last night painting me as a swamp monster (IYKYK). Blues presence on his namesake hell hill was poetic. Of course he crushed it, why do you think it’s Blues Hill? Disneys shoulder pain must be making his legs stronger because he was hauling up that incline with the intensity of a Billy goat. FWM out front all morning. No surprise, but his BRR team should give him all the Mtn goat legs. Stinger gave the softest of commits yesterday and then posted and did EC beforehand. #overachiever And delivered a beautiful prayer to take us out. Grateful for you, brother. Chocolate box had some magic device in his pocket that played pump up music on the jailbreak. #sorcery Seville griped about running before we left the AO and then ran like he owned the place. Seville, you just might be a runner, accept it. Chiffarobe looked right at home on that hill, consider him a free agent for the BRR crew that inevitably loses a man to IR in a week or so. Cracker did what Cracker does - head down, silent assassin devouring steps. Toolbelt wasn’t there so there was no one to talk about Gus and Call with, so he just did work. Tootsie is my boy. I was in the COT when he got his name but have no recollection of why it’s Tootsie. But, his daughter is about to be a Demon Deacon which means we are officially family (and he’s about to be poor). Last but not least, happy birthday Kaiser! Or is it Kizer? I don’t know. But, I did learn on a podcast recently that Caesar would have been pronounced Kaiser in Latin back in the day, so that’s a little fact for you. Put that one in your pipe. There was talk of labia (or was it labrum?) pain, old man eyesite, walking farts, and rocknroll music. Other than that, mostly heavy breathing and complaining. Bulge showed up to coffeteria feeling cocky. He was humbled to know we matched Rangers effort today. Great work all around. I genuinely had fun with all of you this morning.
